Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company")

ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT 2014 AND NOTICE OF 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Capital & Counties Properties PLC has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting ("Notice"). Both documents are available electronically on the Company's website at www.capitalandcounties.com.

In compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of all the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM

Attention is drawn to the Company's Audited Preliminary Results which were published on 26 February 2015. In accordance with DTR 6.3.5, information has been extracted from the Annual Report and is included in the Audited Preliminary Results which were released on 26 February 2015. This constitutes the material required by DTR 6.3.5 to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service.

A hard copy of the Annual Report and Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy on 25 March 2015. Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information electronically will be notified that these documents are available on the Company's website.
