On 18 December 2014, Gary Yardley, Investment Director of the Company, transferred 19,109 shares to his wife, Mrs Amanda Yardley for nil consideration.  Following this transaction, on 19 December 2014 Mrs Amanda Yardley and Gary Yardley sold a total of 52,924 shares to Gary Yardley's Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of £3.612 per share.

Gary Yardley's interest in shares in the company, remains unchanged at 442,972 shares which represents 0.05% of the issued share capital.
