In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Capital & Counties Properties PLC announces that Andrew Huntley, a Non-executive Director of the Company,  has been appointed as Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of LondonMetric Property Plc.   This appointment follows the merger of London & Stamford Property PLC and Metric Property Investments PLC and is effective from 25 January 2013.

Andrew Huntley was a Non-executive Director of Metric Property Investments PLC immediately prior to the merger.
