27 February 2014 Capita plc (the "Company") Dividend DeclarationThe Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting a finaldividend of 17.8p per ordinary share (2012: 15.6p), making a total of 26.5p forthe year (2012: 23.5p) representing an increase for the year of 13%.The final dividend will be payable on 28 May 2014 to shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 22 April 2014. Shareholders may elect toreinvest their final dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP").
