23 December 2014 Andrew Williams appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Capita plcCapita plc ('Capita') announces the appointment of Andrew Williams as anIndependent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2015. Andrew willbe appointed to Capita's Nomination, Remuneration and Audit and Risk Committeeson his appointment to the Board.Andrew is Chief Executive of Halma plc, a leading specialist in safety, healthand environmental technologies and a FTSE 250 company. He was appointed ChiefExecutive in February 2005. Andrew started his career at Halma in 1994 asManufacturing Director of a subsidiary company and went on to hold a wide rangeof senior management positions across the Group. Andrew is a Chartered Engineerand a production engineering graduate of Birmingham University.
