HOLDING ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Capinfo Company Limited (the “Company”) dated 24 October 2014 in relation to, among other things, the suspension of trading in the H shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited pending the release of an announcement in relation to major transactions of the Company which are considered as inside information of the Company and the holding announcement of the Company dated 3 November 2014.

The Company would like to inform the shareholders of the Company that it requires additional time to review the merger agreement and, prepare and finalise an announcement in relation to, among other things, the merger agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder (the “Announcement”). The Company will publish the Announcement as soon as practicable and in compliance with the relevant requirements under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Trading in the H shares of the Company will remain suspended pending the publication of the Announcement.
