Cap Gemini S.A. takes the legal form of a "European Company" and becomes Capgemini SE

Paris, June 2nd , 2017 – Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced that Cap Gemini S.A., the Group parent company, has now taken the legal form of a « European Company » (Societas Europaea or SE). At the same time, the Company's name is aligned with the Group's brand and becomes Capgemini (one word).

Capgemini will replace Cap Gemini as ticker name on Euronext from June 5th , 2017, the other codes remain unchanged:
