Dear Sir/ Madam,
In continuation to our earlier disclosures dated March 07, 2025 with respect to issue and allotment of senior, secured, unlisted, unrated redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs"), it is hereby informed that the Company has fully redeemed all the NCDs. The details of which are as follows:
