Sub: Receipt of Letter of Intent of ~₹537 Crore from Raymond Realty Limited

Dear Sir/ Madam,

In continuation to our disclosure bearing ref. no. CIL/SE/2025-26/72 dated February 26, 20256 , we wish to clarify that Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from Raymond Realty Limited, for a total contract value of ~ ₹ 537 Crore (Rupees Five Hundred Thirty Seven Crores Only), excluding GST, for “Construction of ‘Towers F, G and NTA’ and ‘Retail Building’ in the projects of ‘ Address by GS-3’ and ‘Invictus-2’ at Thane” .

In this regard, please find enclosed the press release being issued by the Company for your reference.

Furthermore, we confirm that neither the Promoters, the Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity/entities awarding the contract. Accordingly, this order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.

The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the Company’s ordinary civil contracting operations.

Receipt of Letter of Intent (LOI) of ~₹ 537 Crore from Raymond Realty Limited

Mumbai, February 26, 2026: Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from Raymond Realty Limited, for a total contract value of ~ ₹ 537.00 Crore (Rupees Five Hundred ThirtySeven Crores Only) excluding GST, for “Construction of ‘Towers F, G and NTA’ and ‘Retail Building’ in the projects of ‘ Address by GS-3’ and ‘Invictus-2’ at Thane” .
