("CAP-XX" or "the Company")

Grant of Share Options

The Board of CAP-XX announces that a total of 34,665,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares (the "Options") have today been granted to Directors and various employees of CAP-XX.

The Options have been granted pursuant to the CAP-XX Limited Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 5.95p per share. The Options have a life of five years, with 25% of the Options vesting six months after the anniversary of the grant date, with the remainder vesting in equal monthly amounts of 1/48th from this date. Following today's grant, the Company will have a total of 49,440,000 stock options outstanding.
