Facsimile Number for Proxy Forms

It has now come to the Company’s attention that its facsimile number published in the Notice of Annual General Meeting may not have been operational for the past few weeks. As a result, the Company may not have received Proxy Forms for Canyon’s Annual General Meeting from shareholders attempting to return them by facsimile.

The Company requests that the alternative facsimile number, (08) 9389 1464 , be used for the return of Proxy Forms.

If shareholders are concerned that their Proxy Form has not been received they are asked to resend them to the number above. Proxy Forms need to be returned to the Company:

• by post to Canyon Resources Limited PO Box 270

  • West Perth, Western Australia, 6872; or

• facsimile to the Company on facsimile number +61 8 9389 1464 ; or

• email to the Company at pmacleod@gapcs.com.au,

so that it is received not later than 10:00am (Western Standard Time) on 16 November 2013.
