Director Resignation
Canyon Resources Ltd ( ASX:CAY ) ( Company ) advises that Mr Dimitri Bacopanos has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.
Mr Bacopanos joined the Board on 21 October 2020 as the nominee of Mr Peter Su, pursuant to the subscription agreement entered into the between the Company and interests associated with Mr Su as announced on ASX on 31 August 2020. Following Mr Bacopanos’ resignation, Mr Su has elected not to nominate an additional director to the Board at this time.
The Board thanks Mr Bacopanos for his contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Board.
