Resignation of CFO & Company Secretary
Canyon Resources Limited (ASX: CAY) ( Canyon , Company ) advises that Mr Nick Allan has resigned as Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) and Company Secretary.
Mr Allan will continue to work with Canyon until 28 May 2021 to complete the Company’s planned application for a mining permit to the Government of Cameroon in respect of the Company’s Minim Martap Bauxite Project ( Project ).
The Company thanks Mr Allan for his contribution and for his continued support at this important phase of the Project’s development.
The Board has commenced the process of recruiting a new CFO and Company Secretary and will advise of its progress in due course.
