POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

The announcement is made by On Real International Holdings Limited (the ‘‘ Company ’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘ Group ’’) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ‘‘ GEM Listing Rules ’’) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company wishes to inform shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that, based on the information currently available, the Group is expected to record a net profit for the six months ended 30 September 2018, the corresponding period in 2017 has recorded net loss. The profit was mainly due to effective direct cost control to improve gross profit margin and indirect costs optimization.

As the Company is still in the course of preparing its unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 September 2018. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Company‘s management which is based on the latest financial information available to the management. The above information may be subject to further adjustment based on further updated information and the review of the Company’s audit committee. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to refer to the results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 September 2018 which is expected to be released in the mid of November 2018.
