Clarification

Planet Metals Limited ( Company ) refers to the announcement of the Executive Chairman’s Remuneration package released to the market on 27 November 2013 and advises that the termination provisions of the Executive Chairman Service Agreement require the giving of 3 months’ notice by either party and in the event of termination without cause by the Company a further payment of 6 months base salary. These termination provisions are the same as for the previous managing director.
