Memorandum of Understanding - Update

Cannindah Resources Limited ( Company ) and Little Treasure Investments Pty Ltd along with Snap Powder Pty Ltd have agreed to an extension of the term of the Memorandum of Understanding which provides for a further 14 days of exclusivity from the 8th of May 2016. This extension is at no cost to the company and will allow for further information to be provided to Cannindah by Little Treasure as part of our due diligence information requests
