APPENDIX 3Zs – FINAL DIRECTORS’ INTEREST NOTICES

We refer to the two attached Appendix 3Zs and note that these notices are late in lodgement.

The late lodgement for the notice of Mr Pickett, which was due by 29 August 2025, was due to an administrative oversight upon the change in Company Secretary occurring at the same time as the announcement of a capital raising transaction and the change in personnel. It is an isolated event. The second late notice of Mr Beams which was due by 5 March 2025, has only just been identified now upon a review of all required ASX director interest notices.

The Company considers the current arrangements and processes to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B are adequate and that the breaches referred above were isolated events. Nevertheless, the Company has implemented new internal procedures to ensure that similar administrative oversights are not repeated.
