RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Cannindah Resources Limited announces that Mr John Hamilton, a non-executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board effective from 16 June 2017.

Mr Hamilton who joined the Board in 2013 is leaving to concentrate on his growing business interests. The remaining Directors thank Mr Hamilton for his contribution to the Board and wish him the best for his future endeavours.
