RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Cannindah Resources Limited announces that Mr Adam Colrain a non-executive Director of the Company has advised that he intends to resign from the Board effective from 31 March 2016.

Mr Colrain has been a valued member of the Board of Cannindah Resources and is leaving to concentrate his efforts on his civil engineering business. The remaining Board members wish Mr Colrain the best for his future endeavours. Mr Colrain has advised that he will be available to consult to the Company should the need arise in the future.

The Board of Cannindah Resources is maintaining its current focus on the existing resources assets and is pursuing new areas of interest in the sectors outlined at the annual general meeting including but not limited to food, tourism, infrastructure, transport and property.

The Board looks forward to creating a diversified portfolio of assets with a focus on China and other markets over the 2016 year.
