Appointment of Company Secretary

Planet Metals Limited (ASX Code: PMQ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Garry Gill as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Garry is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in all facets of corporate, financial and administrative functions. He has served in senior executive positions at a number of listed and unlisted public companies.

Garry replaces Mr John Haley in the role. The Board expresses its appreciation of the efforts of Mr Haley over the last few years.
