Termination of Mt Cannindah Farm-In agreement

• Drummond Gold (“DGO”) had not met its min. expenditure commitments incl. 3,000m drilling and to date spent approx. $2.3M in exploration.

• Drummond failed to reach the next funding milestone prior to July 2013 in accordance with the agreement.

Project

• Limited exploration over last 20 years

Positive Fieldwork Results
