According to the company's report, dated January 8, 2025, a capital consolidation will be made in the Company's shares (IL0011769085), at the open of the market on January 21, 2025, to shareholders of record as of January 20, 2025. The capital consolidation will be made in a ratio of 10:1.

In accordance with the third part of TASE rules and regulations, there will be no trading in the company's shares on January 20, 2025, which is the record date for the capital consolidation.
