Re : CANNABOTECH - Suspension due to failure in publication of financial reports

1. Following our notice dated September 23 ,2024, please note that trading in the company's shares (ISIN no. IL0011769085) has been suspended as of today, October 1, 2024, since the company has not yet submitted its financial reports for June 30,2024.

2. According to TASE's rules and regulations, where a security is traded on the maintenance list or suspended from trade, the security shall be de-listed from trade if 48 months have passed from the date on which the security ceased to be traded in the framework of the main list, and the conditions for the renewal of trade therein on the main list have not been fulfilled .
