ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Correction to Appendix 3X – Mr. Mike Ryan

1 December 2025 – Cann Group Limited (ASX: CAN) ( Cann or the Company ) advises that the attached Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest replaces the original Appendix 3X for Mr. Mike Ryan lodged earlier today. Mr. Ryan was appointed as Director of Cann effective today.

The original Appendix 3X contained an inadvertent omission concerning Mr Ryan’s relevant interest in 2,608,696 ordinary shares in Cann Group Limited, associated with Mr Ryan’s participation in Tranche 2 of the capital raise announcement on 27 October 2025. Mr. Ryan’s participation was committed at the time of the placement, with the last condition being shareholder approval which was obtained at the AGM last Friday, 28 November 2025.

The attached Appendix 3X now includes details of Mr Ryan’s relevant interest in these shares.

Cann Group and its Directors are aware of their obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A and 3.19B, and consider its arrangements and policies are adequate to ensure compliance, with the above being an isolated event due to the tranche 2 securities in question coinciding with his appointment.
