ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
NAB Facilities – Further Expiry Extension
31 October 2025 – Cann Group Limited (“Cann” or the “Company”) advises that it has received notice of a further short-term extension from National Australia Bank (NAB) confirming that the expiry dates of all NAB debt facilities (construction loan and working capital facility) have been extended from 31 October 2025 to 11 November 2025. All other terms and conditions of the facilities remain unchanged.
As previously announced on 27 October 2025, the Company is entering into a forbearance and settlement Deed with NAB (the Company’s major financier), whereby NAB agrees to release all security, including by discharging all real property mortgages that it holds, release the Company from any remaining liability under the facilities, and close all loan facilities, in consideration of a payment of $15.30 million ( Settlement Deed ).
The Settlement Deed is now in the final stages of review, with execution anticipated to occur on or prior to 11 November 2025.
