ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

2 June 2022

First commercial crop harvest underway at Mildura facility

2 June 2022 – Cann Group Limited (ASX: CAN) ( Cann or the Company ) announced today that it is currently harvesting the first commercial medicinal cannabis crop at the Company’s flagship Mildura facility.

A cultivation permit for the commercial crop was issued by the Office of Drug Control ( ODC ) in March 2022 and the harvest has proceeded on schedule following the transfer of cannabis plants from Cann’s Southern facility. With this harvest underway, Cann is now actively cultivating commercial crops across all three of its licensed sites. Subsequent crops at Mildura are already progressing well through the vegetative and flowering stages, and cropping will continue on a cyclic basis.
