Close of Share Purchase Plan Offer
13 August 2020 - Cann Group Limited (ASX: CAN) ( Cann or the Company ) is pleased to announce the close yesterday, Wednesday 12 August, of the share purchase plan offer ( SPP Offer ) that was announced on Friday, 17 July 2020. The SPP Offer is being undertaken to provide working capital to support the Company's near-term growth plans.
The Company will release the results of the SPP Offer on 19 August 2020.
