TRADING HALT

The securities of Cann Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 4 December 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Cann Group Limited (ASX: CAN) – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Cann Group Limited ( Cann ) requests a trading halt with respect to its ordinary shares (ASX: CAN) effective immediately.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of a placement of fully paid ordinary shares to institutional, sophisticated and other professional investors ( Placement ). The Placement is intended to be followed by a share purchase plan ( SPP ).

The purpose of the Placement and the SPP is to fund an increase in Cann’s cultivation/production capacity for medicinal cannabis.

Cann requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 4 December 2017 and the time Cann makes an announcement regarding the outcome of the Placement.

Cann is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
