Notice of date of AGM and other relevant dates
29 August 2023 – Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Cann Group Limited (ASX: CAN) ( Cann or the Company ) is pleased to advise the following details in relation to the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting ( AGM ):
Thursday, 26 October 2023 Date & time for AGM at 10.00am (Melbourne time) Date of Notice of Meeting dispatch Thursday, 21 September 2023 Last date for receipt of nominations as a director Thursday, 7 September 2023
Further details in relation to the AGM, including items of business to be voted upon by shareholders, and instructions on how shareholders may attend and vote at the meeting, will be provided in the Notice of Meeting.
The Company's Appendix 4E, together with the FY 2023 Annual Report were released to the ASX on 28 August 2023 and can be accessed and downloaded from the Company’s website here.
