CANCOM IT Systeme AG sells property for € 9.525 million

Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 7 May 2007

CANCOM IT Systeme AG will be selling its corporate headquarters in
Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, for a total of € 9.525 million to a company
of Levy Investment & Construction Ltd., Israel. The headquarters contain an
annex currently under construction, which will extend the surface area from
4,858 square metres to 8,846 square metres.

CANCOM’s link to the site is documented by the lease contract taken out for
the entire premises, to run until 2021.

The inflow of funds from the sale, amounting to approx. € 4.0 million, will
be used to redeem existing mortgage loans. A further approx. € 3.5 million
will be deployed to complete the annex under construction, which has also
been sold. The remaining approx. € 2.0 million are to increase liquidity at
CANCOM IT Systeme AG.
