Cologne, Germany, May 8th, 2007 – Pironet NDH AG today signed a detailed
letter of intent with Agentrics LLC and GS1 Germany GmbH on the
establishment of a joint venture for master data management (MDM). The
objective and function of the joint venture is the collection, quality
assurance and distribution of master data. The intended cooperation between
Pironet NDH AG and Agentrics LLC would result in the world’s largest master
data pool.
Through its cooperation with Agentrics LLC, Pironet NDH AG expects to
continue to significantly expand its leading position in the area of master
data services.
