PIRONET NDH AG: Pironet NDH and GS1 Germany Sign Agreement with Agentrics to Unite Item Data Synchronization Businesses

Cologne, Germany, December 11th, 2007 – Pironet NDH AG and GS1 Germany
today signed an agreement with U.S.-based Agentrics LLC to combine its item
synchronization business unit, which includes customer relations and
customer bases, with SINFOS GmbH, a subsidiary of Pironet NDH AG and GS1
Germany. Agentrics operates the world’s third largest data pool and
provides item data synchronization services for more than 15 of the world's
leading retailers; SINFOS operates the world’s second largest data pool
used by about 2500 companies.

The combined company will begin operation under a new corporate brand in
early 2008.

The agreement is expected to be approved by the Pironet NDH AG supervisory
board, which will meet December 12th, 2007.

The new contracts were signed within the framework of a recapitalization of
SINFOS. In the wake of the new issue Pironet NDH AG will hold 51% of the
shares.
