CANCOM sells online subsidiary HOH Home of Hardware

Munich, Germany, 5 July 2011 - On 5th July 2011, CANCOM AG (ISIN:
DE0005419105) sold its entire stake in HOH Home of Hardware GmbH for the
sum of EUR 3 million. HOH is an online shop for information technology,
telecommunications and home entertainment and had belonged to the CANCOM
Group since December 2008.

CANCOM AG, a supplier of integrated solutions for IT architecture,
integration, consulting and services, focuses on profitable and
fast-growing market segments such as IT solutions and managed services. Its
corporate portfolio is rigorously geared towards the cloud computing trend
in IT.

By selling HOH, which specialises in the B2C market, the CANCOM Group aims
to concentrate on the B2B business, which produces higher margins, and to
achieve an EBITDA of 5 percent in the medium term.

In 2010 HOH contributed around EUR 61 million to the consolidated revenue
of EUR 550 million. The sale will have no major effects on the consolidated
operating result.
