CANCOM IT Systeme AG intends to buy bios GmbH and assets of 4PC GmbH

Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 25 June 2007 – One of the leading providers
of IT infrastructure and professional services, CANCOM IT Systeme AG, is
seeking to buy bios GmbH, which has its principal place of business in
Norderstedt, Germany. CANCOM IT Systeme AG and Bios AG, the parent company
of bios GmbH, signed a letter of intent today. CANCOM, furthermore, plans
to take over the assets of 4PC GmbH, which has its principal place of
business in Düsseldorf, Germany. A letter of intent has been signed in this
case as well.

bios GmbH (bios-basistechnologien, infrastrukturen, optimierte lösungen,
systemhaus GmbH) is a renowned Hanseatic specialist for computer systems
with 52 employees that develops individual solutions for data processing
centres in close cooperation with IBM.

In 2006 Bios had a turnover of some EUR 13.8 million.
Amongst others, the purchase price will depend on the result of a
forthcoming due diligence analysis and the EBT for the first half of 2007.
The purchase price is to be funded from liquid assets.

A further letter of intent has been signed with 4PC Computer-Upgrade und
-Service GmbH, domiciled in Düsseldorf. The letter of intent deals with the
proposed sale of the company's assets. As a specialist for mobile
computing, 4PC currently employs 24 staff.
Last year 4PC had a turnover of around EUR 8.0 million.
The purchase price is also to be funded from liquid assets.

Both companies are profitable and their business is currently developing
well.
