CANCOM IT Systeme AG: Complete takeover of NSG

In agreement with Siemens IT Solutions, today the Executive Board of CANCOM
IT Systeme AG has resolved, subject to the approval of the Supervisory
Board, to take over the remaining 24.9 percent of NSG in 2007. The purchase
price is € 2.35 million.

On 1 July 2006 CANCOM IT Systeme AG acquired 75.1 percent of NSG
Netzwerk-Service GmbH (NSG) together with a call option for the purchase of
the remaining shares held by Siemens AG.

NSG has now changed its name to CANCOM NSG GmbH and is Germany-wide active
as an IT service provider in IT procurement, service and maintenance of ICT
infrastructures. In 2007 sales revenues are expected to reach € 52.1
million.

With the purchase of the outstanding 24.9 percent, CANCOM is expecting a
contribution to earnings per share of 4 cents for 2008.

With the complete takeover of NSG, CANCOM is underlining its strategic
expansion of the service business which currently contributes around 70
percent of the gross yield of the CANCOM Group.
