Computersysteme + Lösungen Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 15. December 2005 – CANCOM IT Systeme AG is planning to take over some of the assets of Holme & Co. Computersysteme + Lösungen GmbH and Holme & Co. Computersysteme + Lösungen OHG. The absorbing company will be CANCOM Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of CANCOM IT Systeme AG. The takeover is to be completed by the end of the year, provided that the contractual negotiations reach a successful conclusion. In detail: it is planned to take over the Mobile Computing and Apple divisions of the companies domiciled in the German town of Augsburg, along with their specialised staff and their clientele. If the takeover is successfully completed, this will enable CANCOM to considerably build up its presence in the fast-growing Mobile Computing market.
