Die plugware.net ist die europaweit umfassendste Handelsplattform für plug-ins und add-ons für Layout-Programme wie Adobe InDesign. Mit der Akquisition der plugware.net erhält die Tendi AG nicht nur Zugriff auf eine weitere Technologie des Downloads, sondern auch ein interessantes Kundenumfeld. Die über 41.000 Community Mitglieder aus dem Publishing und Web-Publishing Umfeld der plugware.net eröffnen der Tendi AG umfangreiche cross-selling- Möglichkeiten. Die plugware.net wird ihre Tätigkeit in Zukunft auf weitere Produktgruppen ausdehnen. Die Tendi AG mit Sitz in München, ein Tochterunternehmen der CANCOM IT Systeme AG, hat sich auf den Softwarevertrieb über das Internet spezialisiert. In den vergangenen Monaten wurde der Vertrieb von Software per ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) und Softwarelizenzen der CANCOM Gruppe in die Tendi AG ausgegliedert und diese eigenständig aufgestellt. Es bestehen nun Kooperationsvereinbarungen mit allen namhaften Softwareherstellen, wie zum Beispiel Symantec und Lotus. Der Launch der Tendi Web-Plattform wird am 23.10.2000 erfolgen (www.tendi.com). Tendi AG acquires the Munich based internet community plugware.net. Plugware.net is Europes comprehensive trading platform for plug-ins and add-ons for layout software such as Adobe InDesign. This acquisition allows Tendi AG not only the access to another leading download technology but opens also a very promising market. More than 41.000 members using publishing and web- publishing software products are providing exceptional cross- selling opportunities for Tendi.
