Joint Declaration of Compliance by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of CANCOM SE

pursuant to § 161 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) on the German Corporate Governance Code

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of CANCOM SE declare in accordance with § 161 AktG that since the last Declaration of Conformity was issued on 14 December 2022, all recommendations of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code in the version dated 28 April 2022, published in the Federal Gazette on 27 June 2022, have been complied with without exception and will be complied with in the future.
