Third quarter 2010 shows strongest growth in revenues for years, Executive Board announces increase of guidance

Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, 26 October 2010 - CANCOM IT Systeme AG
publishes its preliminary figures for the third quarter of 2010, which show
a further increase in revenue and earnings.

So the Group revenue for the third quarter according to the provisional
figures rose by 41.1 percent from EUR 99.8 million in Q3/2009 to EUR 140.8
million in Q3/2010. From January till September 2010 the CANCOM Group
achieved Group revenue according to the provisional figures of EUR 380.0
million, as compared with EUR 304.4 million in the first nine months of
2009 (up 24.8 percent). Organic growth in Q3 was 26.4 percent.

According to the provisional figures, consolidated EBITDA for the third
quarter, at EUR 5.0 million, is 117.4 percent above the previous year's
figure of EUR 2.3 million. The EBITDA margin thereby is 3.6 percent. For
the first nine months of the current financial year, consolidated EBITDA
according to the provisional figures amount EUR 10.7 million compared with
EUR 5.2 million in 2009. This is equivalent to a run-up of 105.8 percent
and an EBITDA margin of 2.8 percent.

The provisional figures also show that consolidated EBIT of Q3/2010 rose by
166.7 percent up to EUR 4.0 million as compared with EUR 1.5 million in
Q3/2009. Therefore consolidated EBIT for the first nine months of 2010 is
EUR 7.6 million after EUR 3.0 Mio. Euro in 2009 (up 153.3 percent).

The overall economic pick-up and the demand for highly available and
innovative IT solutions, for example cloud computing, thereby quicken the
business. That is why the CANCOM Executive Board will raise the guidance in
context with the publication of the definite figures for the first nine
months. The report for the first nine months of 2010 with the definite
figures for the third quarter will be published on 11 November
2010.
