Cologne, Germany, March 30th, 2007: Pironet NDH today released its 2006
audited accounts, with results once again confirming the upward trend of
recent years. In the last financial year, the company again achieved record
figures for sales and profits. Turnover was up by almost 10 % from EUR 39.8
million to EUR 43.7 million, while the EBIT figure improved by 18.7 % from
just over EUR 2.0 million to EUR 2.3 million. Profits after tax also rose
sharply, with a gain of almost 20 % to EUR 3.0 million, matched by a rise
in profit per share from EUR 0.17 to EUR 0.20.

Investment continued at a high level of EUR 9.7 million, although this was
below the record figure of EUR 10.5 achieved in the previous year. Pironet
NDH has coped well with the wave of innovation over the past two financial
years. The company is debt-free and has liquid funds of EUR 22.9 million.
This sum accounts for 34.8 % of the total assets and equates to around 1.57
Euros per share.

Pironet NDH looks forward to 2007 with confidence. The trend of growth is
set to continue at around the same level as the previous year, with an
above-average increase in earnings again anticipated.
