The CANCOM Group, one of the foremost German suppliers of IT infrastructure
and professional services, has achieved a significant increase in sales
revenue and profits in the first half of 2007, according to the final
figures. This can mainly be attributed to a growing demand for IT services,
hardware and software products, a further reason being the Group's
acquisition strategy.

The CANCOM Group’s consolidated sales revenue amounted to € 134.8 million
in the first half of 2007, compared with € 106.7 million in the same period
of 2006, an increase of 26.4 percent.
In the second quarter of 2007 consolidated sales revenue reached € 67.9
million compared with € 50.6 million in the same period of 2006, an
increase of 34.1 percent.

Due to the marked expansion in IT services, there was a significant
increase in consolidated gross profit in the first half of 2007, which was
up by 88.0 percent year on year, from € 21.9 million to € 41.2 million.
This means an increase of 30.6 percent in the gross profit margin, compared
with 20.5 percent in the same period in 2006.
In the second quarter of 2007 the Group achieved a consolidated gross
profit of € 20.7 million, compared with € 10.6 million in the second
quarter of 2006, an increase of 95.6 percent.

Consolidated EBITDA was up 101.1 percent in the first half of 2007, rising
to € 3.4 million after reaching € 1.7 million in the same period of 2006.
In the second quarter of 2007 EBITDA rose to € 1.5 million, compared with €
0.6 million in the second quarter of 2006, an increase of 140.3 percent.

In the first half of 2007 consolidated EBIT was up 114.0 percent, from €
1.2 million to € 2.7 million year on year.
In the second quarter of 2007 consolidated EBIT was € 1.1 million, compared
with € 0.4 million in the same period of 2006, an increase of 182.6
percent.

Consolidated net income for the first half of 2007 amounted to € 2.4
million, compared with € 0.6 million for the first half of 2006, and is
thus already as high as the net income for the whole of 2006.
In the second quarter of 2007 the Group achieved a net profit of € 1.4
million, compared with € 0.0 million in the second quarter of 2006.
This gives rise to earnings per share of € 0.23 for the first half of 2007,
compared with € 0.06 for the same period in 2006.

In view of these pleasing figures, the Executive Board has reaffirmed its
guidance targets for 2007. If economic developments continue to be as
favourable during the rest of the year, a consolidated sales revenue of at
least € 300 million is envisaged with a consolidated EBIT of at least € 6.5
million.
