Pironet NDH AG continues profitable growth
Corporate-news transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Press release Pironet NDH continues profitable growth Cologne, Germany, November 16, 2005. The provider of technology services and solutions, Enterprise software and ITC outsourcing services has increased its sales in the first nine months of the current financial year by 18.8 % to 29.1 million EUR. The EBIT increased by around 3 % to 1.36 million EUR, whilst the financial result, at 0.54 million EUR, remained at about the same level as the previous year (0.57 million EUR). This means that Pironet NDH continues to be on track. The targets of 40 million EUR turnover with a results development which is high in proportion to revenues continue unchanged. The fact that the earnings figures growth rates are at present still behind the end of year target figures is for accounting reasons, due to the high software sales in the third quarter of 2004. Here the best result in the company’s history was achieved, with an EBIT margin of 7.5 % (Q3 2005: around 5 %). In the fourth quarter of 2004 this figure then fell to 2.6 %, whilst in 2005, it should be around 5 %. The third quarter was again very much characterised by the extending of our product range. In the reporting period 3 minority shareholdings in software companies working primarily for the trade were entered into. Their products provide added value for customers as well as comprehensive cost savings potential, and are thus an excellent addition to our own range. The new Release 6 of pirobase CMS was also completed, and was presented to the public at the Systems trade fair for the first time. Important extensions of this new product line are the Web Documentation Tool (WDT) and the associated add-on “Impact Analysis”. Both tools support companies in the secure filing of documents and in fulfilling legal provisions and guidelines, including the Sarbanes Oxley Act or Basle II. The major product and innovation offensive pushed forward by Pironet NDH in 2005 will also contribute the continuation of our upward development in the future.
