The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– PIRONET AG exceeds own projections for 2000 Cologne, 16/02/2001: The provider of content management software exceeded its internal estimates in the financial year 2000. Sales boosted by 111% to DM 48.4m. Sales in licences of the standard software pirobase showed an even more dynamic growth. They increased by 156% to DM 6.9m. The EBIT improved by 30% to DM -4.4m. With an estimated sales growth to a range of DM 65m to DM 70m Pironet projects a positive EBIT of DM 4m for 2001. Pironet is well prepared for the growth path. The company held cash of approximately DM 68.3m at the year end 2000. All data given represents preliminary, unsolicited and combined financial figures for Pironet and NDH.
