CANCOM SE capital increase fully placed

Munich, Germany, 03 March 2016 – CANCOM SE has successfully placed the capital increase announced on 02 March 2016. The placement of the 1,487,957 new shares with institutional investors raises Euro 66.2 million gross for the company. The placement price was Euro 44.50 per share. Shareholders’ subscription rights were rescinded. The capital increase brings the share capital of CANCOM SE to Euro 16,367,531 after registry in the commercial registry. The funds received will strengthen the company’s equity for the further organic and inorganic growth of the group.
