Member of the board Thomas Feel leaves PIRONET NDH AG and is appointed new
member of the Group Executive Management of Wincor Nixdorf AG

Cologne, 17th 2010 - Thomas Fell will resign as Chief Sales Officer of
PIRONET NDH AG per 31st October 2010 and is appointed new member of the
Group Executive Management and therefore responsible for the global IT
business with Retailers of Wincor Nixdorf AG. Until further notice, CEO
Hans-Werner Scherer will take over the CSO's duties.

In his role as CSO, Thomas Fell was instrumental in the successful
realignment of PIRONET NDH AG as Management Holding and the consequent
market orientation of the company's specialized business units.

understand his decision to accept this new challenge at Wincor Nixdorf AG',
