Due to this, the responsibilities have been restructured. Following the American model, the Chief Executive Officer assigns the operative management of the specific tasks to his Vice Presidents. Vice President Marketing: Dr. Marc Ludwig Vice President Business Development: Klaus Weigand Vice President & CTO: Michael Jaszczyk Vice President Product Development: Thomas Grota Vice President Admin & Legal: Stefan Schröder Vice President Finance: Reza Piroozram Vice President Professional Services: Ulf Adebahr Vice President Operational Services: Felix Höger Vice President German Sales: Ingo Prax The position of Vice President European Sales will be filled in the near future. Within the extension of the Supervisory Board Hans-Werner Scherer will be stepping down from the Management Board on 28th February 2001 and it will be proposed by the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of Pironet AG that he should become a member of the Supervisory Board, along with Harald Summa and Harald Riske. Similarily Christoph H. Schultze Member of the Management Board will leave Pironet on 28th February 2001. Both decisions were made in mutual agreement. The previous duties for Global Projects will be taken over by the Member of the Management Board, Ulf Adebahr. The functions of Hans Werner Scherer will be carried out by Ingo Prax.
