Sub: Notice of Board Meeting - Reviewed Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter/Nine months ended 31.12.2020

In pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given to Stock Exchanges that the Board Meeting of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 27th January 2021 at its Head Office, Bengaluru, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Reviewed Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Third Quarter/Nine months ended 31.12.2020.

In view of the aforesaid, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Canara Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank/their relatives/Connected 48 hours of the declaration of Persons to deal in shares of the Bank, will reopen after Reviewed Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Third Quarter/Nine months ended 31.12.2020, the closure of which has already been announced 5 1 December 2020 vide our letter no SD:1636/1637/11/12::2020 dated by us beginning from 31 30.12.2020.
