Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 23 December 2024 that Maxime Saada, Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 77,000 ordinary shares of €0.25 each ("Shares") in the Company on 19 December 2024.
The Company was also notified on 23 December 2024 that Charles Billard, a person closely associated to Amandine Ferré, a member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 25,100 Shares in the Company on 20 December 2024.

It is also noted that the announcement made by the Company at 12:33:26 (RNS Number: 9743Q) on 20 December 2024 in relation to Vivendi SE's disposal of 146,996 Shares on 18 December 2024 referred in error to "EUR" rather than "GBP", as a result a revised notification is stated below.
