NOTIFICATION OF MANIFEST ERROR CORRECTION TO

COUPON BARRIER EVENT DEFINITION

We refer to the above i ssu e of Notes, described in more det a i l in the relevant Final Terms for each  (together, the  "Final  Terms"), as s i gn e d  by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions"), which are supplemented by the Final Terms and which are set out in the Prospectuses dated 26 January 2024 and 24 January 2025 (each, a "Prospectus").

Correction of Manifest Error

The following changes made to the Final Terms for each of the Notes brings the document into line with the terms agreed with the investor at the time of the trade. The trades were booked correctly and no interest payments will be impacted by this change. This is simply to ensure the Final Terms correctly reflects the booking.

Item 14(k) of the Final Terms:

Section C, clause 3.1.3 of Annex A of the Final Terms:

In all other respects, the Final Terms is correct and all other terms and conditions of the Final Terms remain unchanged. C ap i ta li sed terms used but not defined herein sha ll have the same mean i ng ascr i bed thereto in the Final Terms.

The amended Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
