Additional Explanations

In order to utilize the Company's internal resources and strengthen its capital structure, it has been decided to ask Capital Markets Board and other relevant institutions for the permission to increase the registered capital ceiling from TL 1,262,050,000 to TL 10,000,000,000 by updating the extension of the validity between 2024 and 2028.

In that respect, the application for the approval of the attached Amendment version of Company's Articles of Association for Article 6 has been submitted to Capital Markets Board as of today.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this document, the Turkish version shall prevail.
